Orders
Orders placed on Monday thru Thursday will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday thru Sunday will typically be mailed on Monday.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post unless you ask otherwise. Our shipments are professionally packaged. All packages within Canada are insured and have tracking numbers against loss or damage.

Email Transfer. Send us a message from our comments section letting us know what items you would like to purchase. We will reply with a total and email address to do the bank email transfer to. Once we have received the transfer we will procees your order and ship to you!
Mail In Orders. Click on the link below to print off an order form. Fill out the form with the items you would like to purchase along with a money order. Mail it to the address on the form and we will process your order and mail it to you. You an also scan the completed order form and email to to us at redeye_supply@yahoo.ca.

Refunds
All refunds must be done within 7 days! If there is something unsatisfactory with a product please email us or contact us through the comment section. Shipment of return is done at the customers expense. Product must be NOT used, damaged or altered.
